Garry Dart (they/She/He) is a queer, genderfluid, Newfoundlander who strives for systemic change, through advocacy, activism, and use of de-colonial and anti-racist practices. They have worked and volunteered for many 2SLGBTQIA+ organizations in St. John’s, Halifax and Ottawa, on community, provincial and national levels including with prideHealth, ACNS, MAX Ottawa, and PFLAG Canada for many years.
They have an honours BSc in Ecology and Conservation Biology, an honours BA in Psychology, a graduate certificate in advanced training in affirmative therapy for trans communities, as well as a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology.

The Dart Sexual Health Leadership Scholarship
Hello my fellow sexual health leaders!
Anyone going into a post-secondary program that wants to pursue studies and provide services in sexual health can apply. You must demonstrate how you have worked or volunteered in sexual health leadership. Our first scholarship will hopefully be awarded in 2026.
